Job Description
The Data Cleansing Specialist will work with material master data to analyze, standardize, and enhance data records according to a pre-defined standard to ensure maximum consistency and accuracy. Interacting daily with the Project and Catalogue Manager will foster an environment of open communication where daily inquiries and problems can be resolved in an efficient manner. Encouraging a team mentality with co-workers ensures we maintain a team environment at IMA. Our Specialist will set personal goals to increase efficiency and produce quality work for both the individual and the team.
Key Responsibilities

Follow pre-defined project standards: These will be outlined by the Project Manager/Catalog Manager

Monitor daily output: The specialist is required to meet daily and weekly goals as established by the Project or Catalogue Manager

Time Management: Allocation between analyzing, cleansing and research is paramount in order to produce efficient quality work
-
Ability to adapt to feedback: Working with our Quality Control Team a daily review of completed items will identify areas where accuracy and efficient can be improved

Effective Communication – Daily communication with the Project or Catalogue Manager and other team members is imperative to maximize efficiency while being collaboratively involved in problem-solving.

Ownership – Ability to take pride in your completed work while identifying areas for self-improvement. Seeking out additional support or training as required will ensure continued success.

Over-time – Availability for additional hours as needed in order to complete projects on time.

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales your daily interactions will assist IMA Ltd. by improving our sales process and productivity. You should expect to use your skills to troubleshoot, problem solve, resolve, and conquer daily inquiries. You will be a prominent contributor to an exceptional internal and external Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with daily activities to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience

Set up and monitor effective and efficient work processes for continued improvement in the Sales Cycle

Further enhance the lead generation strategy

Vet new customer inquiries and opportunities

Generate proposals and contracts as required

Contribute and assist with the enhancement of the RFI/RFP response process

Assist with the transition of legacy data governance customers to the newly developed SaaS platform
-
Present and demonstrate our data governance solutions
-
Support the onboarding of new data governance customers
-
Support and assist with Marketing strategies including document/content design and creation

Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
-
Communicate daily with operations and the project/data governance teams
