Submission Instructions:

• Extract a data sample from your current Material Master (MRO & Indirect Materials Data) into Excel format 

  • ​For best results, we recommend you submit the entire Material Master. The larger the data sample, the more accurate and representative the results will be.

• Upload the data sample using the submission form provided below

• Fill in all required information fields

• Click "submit"

• If you require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to submission, please Request IMA NDA or send yours to info@imaltd.com. (Typical turnaround is 1-2 business days)

 

Upon submission, the IMA team will immediately begin processing your request and an Account Manager will contact you shortly to review the results of the evaluation. Typical turnaround for a standard data evaluation is 4-5 business days.
